How do I know if it's a manufacturing defect?Updated 3 months ago

A manufacturing defect is a fault that was present when the product was delivered, and it will usually become apparent quickly. Claims are assessed based on the product's condition, age, use, maintenance, and wear. If it's a manufacturing defect, the warranty principle applies.

Self-inflicted damage, such as wear and tear, misuse, or similar, is not considered a manufacturing defect.
