If you experience issues with the return form, you can return items as follows:

• Book a return with PostNord and use the return code: Kattnakken.
• Print the return label and place it clearly visible on the package.
• Deliver the package to your nearest PostNord drop-off location.

Returns must be made within 30 days. Returned items must be unused and complete with all accessories and tags intact.

An order summary must be included in the package.

The customer is responsible for covering return costs (cf. the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act § 15, first paragraph).
For returns, the refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that a return fee of 69 NOK will be deducted from the refund amount.
