How do I prepare the product for repair or warranty claim?Updated 3 months ago

Include your name, address, mobile number, and email when returning the product. This will help us know who to contact and where to return the item after the repair. For warranty claims, a copy of the receipt must also be included.

Please also provide a description of what you would like fixed.

All products sent in for repair must be freshly washed. If the products have not been washed according to Kattnakken's instructions, we reserve the right to charge a NOK 300 fee for washing. If the product is not washed, we will not be able to repair it or assess any issues, and we will need to send it for washing before we can begin work. This is for hygienic reasons and to ensure we can properly assess and repair any damage.
