The Right of Withdrawal Act applies only to consumer purchases made in Kattnakken's online store. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the items cannot be returned in the same condition and quantity, and if damage or deterioration is due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the consumer (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 12, point a). The items must be unused with all tags attached.
The withdrawal form is sent by email along with the delivery confirmation. You must exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the package.
