In case of manufacturing defects or weaknesses in seams, zippers, and similar issues, you have a 2-year warranty with Kattnakken upon presenting proof of purchase. Manufacturing defects are issues that existed when the product was delivered.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by the customer, or improper washing and maintenance. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or natural degradation of colors and materials due to prolonged/frequent use.

With normal use, a Kattnakken product will last for a long time.

If the product was purchased from one of our retailers, you must contact them directly.

Note: If the product is worn out (regardless of age), it will not be considered a warranty case.
